True well-being includes not only mental health, but also physical, relational, and spiritual health. I take a holistic approach and, together, we create a plan that is unique to your needs, goals, and dreams.

Counseling
I believe that the counseling journey should be a collaborative and clear process tailored to fit the needs, goals, and dreams of each client. From there, I’ll use evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help you reach your goals.
If you’ve been struggling or feeling stuck for a while, the idea of focusing on your dreams may seem like a luxury but trust that your struggles don’t and won’t define you. You’re complex and limitless thanks to your unique gifts, life experiences and resilience. Coaching
Coaching is future-focused and draws on your strengths to make the most of your personal and professional potential. If you’re like many who, especially since the pandemic, are seeking more from life, coaching is an ideal option for support and guidance in a process based upon your inherent strengths. As your coach, I work with you in a creative partnership in which I help you clarify your goals; create a roadmap to reach them; and help you overcome challenges along the way. Coaching serves you if you’re ready to up-level in your career; find greater purpose in your life; rebuild after a difficult life event like divorce; and/or simply get “unstuck”.
